TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Definitions

• "MobileSuites" — the MobileSuites service platform
• "Service" — MOBILEXEROZ, MOBILEXTRACT, and related APIs, dashboards, and mobile applications
• "User" — any individual or organisation using the Service
• "Telco Partner" — a licensed telecommunications operator in Malaysia who has contracted with MobileSuites to provide the Service to their subscribers
• "Threat" — any domain, URL, application, or network resource identified by MobileSuites threat intelligence as malicious, phishing, or otherwise harmful

2. Service Description

MobileSuites provides mobile cybersecurity services that:

• Block access to malicious domains in real time via an on-device VPN tunnel
• Detect and alert users to malware installed on their device
• Provide guided remediation for identified threats
• Issue crowd-sourced threat intelligence to protect all users on the network

3. Products and Payment

3.1 Products and Pricing

• MOBILEXEROZ — RM 5/month, billed every 6 months (RM 30). Subscription-based, auto-renews.
• MOBILEXTRACT — RM 30 per session (Android & iOS). Android provides forensic scan and incineration workflow. iOS provides forensic investigation and guided selective reset assistance. One-time payment per session, no subscription.
• Pricing may change with 30 days' advance notice

3.2 Payment

• Payments are processed securely by Billplz or iPay88 (PCI-DSS certified)
• MobileSuites does not store payment card or banking credentials
• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) inclusive of applicable taxes

3.3 Renewal and Cancellation

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal date
• Cancel at any time via the app or by emailing support@mobilesuites.app
• No refunds for partially used subscription periods unless required by Malaysian Consumer Protection Act 1999
• 7-Day Refund Guarantee: If MOBILEXTRACT fails to install or activate on your Android device due to a software defect, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@mobilesuites.app with your order reference
• Refunds are not available for change-of-mind after the app has been successfully installed and activated

3.4 Payment Default

If payment fails:

• Day 0–7: Grace period — full service continues, reminder sent
• Day 8–14: Warning — dashboard warning displayed, service continues
• Day 15–21: Restricted — new features disabled, existing protection continues
• Day 22–30: Suspended — protection service paused, account accessible
• Day 31+: Terminated — account closed, data subject to retention policy

4. User Obligations

• You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe
• You must provide accurate registration information
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• You must not use the Service to circumvent legitimate security controls
• You must not share your account credentials with third parties
• You must not use the Service in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited by law

5. User Override and Informed Consent

When MobileSuites blocks access to a domain, you may choose to proceed ("Proceed Anyway"). By doing so:

• You acknowledge that the domain has been identified as potentially dangerous
• You accept full responsibility for any consequences of accessing the flagged domain
• A timestamped audit record will be created and stored for 12 months
• MobileSuites is not liable for any harm arising from your decision to override the block

6. Intellectual Property

All software, algorithms, threat detection methods, data models, user interfaces, brand names, and technical processes are the exclusive intellectual property of MobileSuites and are protected by:

• Malaysian Copyright Act 1987
• Common law trade secret protection
• Patent applications pending with the Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia (MyIPO)

Any unauthorised reproduction, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of MobileSuites intellectual property is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted.

7. Telco Partner Terms

Telco Partners operating the MobileSuites dashboard agree additionally that:

• They will only use subscriber data within our platform and not export or share it externally
• They will only send approved template notifications — no freeform subscriber messaging
• They will not use the platform to discriminate against any subscriber class
• Service suspension is permitted only for legitimate commercial reasons (non-payment, fraud, abuse) — not for discriminatory or anti-competitive purposes
• They are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with MCMC regulations and the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law:

• MobileSuites total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim
• MobileSuites is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages
• MobileSuites is not liable for security incidents occurring due to threats not yet in our intelligence database at the time of the incident
• MobileSuites is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure (AWS, Vercel, Google Firebase)

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia. Parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days before initiating formal proceedings.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via push notification and/or email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
